1 . How do I order on your website?
    Ordering on our website is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "add to cart" button to place it in your shopping cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process. We support Paypal, Credit Card via Paypal, Bank transfer and Western Union.
 
2 . Do you ship your merchandise worldwide?
    Yes, we will send our merchandise worldwide by international express mail, and it usually takes about one week to delivery. 

3 .  How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
    Once you complete payment of your order, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 5-7 working days for delivery via Express Mail. We do not offer overnight shipping at present. 

4 . How much shipping will be charged for each order and how can I track my parcel online?
    You could estimate the shipping cost by adding the product to cart( do not need registeration). The tracking information will be sent by email once the items have been shipped. The shipping of the items is online traceable. 

5 . How can I change the currency

8 . Things are usually cheaper if they are bought in bulk. Are they?
    Yes, it's sure! It will be cheaper if you are a bulk shopping, please contact us for further assistance. 

9 . What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?
    You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment. Once you noted the product was damaged during shipment, we may require the item to be sent back to us or have the picture of the damaged item to be reviewed before we send out a new replacement or issue a refund. 

10 . When will my credit appear on my account?
    Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
